In 2013, Let’s Talk Marketing, a Melbourne based fundraising consultancy, purchased Communication Direct. Communication Direct is well known in Victoria and has been conducting raffles for charities for over 15 years.
Our services are provided over an “all digital” platform keeping call costs to a minimum and enabling high quality information management for the company and excellent reporting services for our clients.
Contact dialing is managed by our state-of-the-art Callsys predictive dialler which delivers the most efficient calling regime.
From the moment a client joins us, calls are handled in the most professional and efficient manner. A new client will not go ‘live’ until we have completed sufficient test calls to ensure the client is completely happy. We invest heavily in quality control and ongoing training to ensure the highest calibre of service.
Whilst we hope we never need it, Communication Direct has multi-layered disaster recovery systems including various on-site and off-site (cloud) back-up systems.
